This updated (v2, yellow) backing plate replaces the standard backing plate that arrives with your Velvet Revolver RO (random orbit) / DA (Dual Action) polisher.

It has a 5/16" male thread and MUST be attached with the supplied washer between the backing plate and machine.  DO NOT use the Velvet Revolver without the washer attached correctly.
