CAP Heavy is a very heavy cutting water-based clustered abrasive polish for deep scratch removal.
Sensational on clear and non clear coated paintwork, acrylic (tail lights), polycarbonate (headlights), glass and gel coat (marine).
CAP Heavy is silicone-free, sling-free, dust-free, ceramic clear coat compatible and approved by many OEM. Achieves a 70-90gu gloss rating.

Heavy cutting compound designed to remove 2ooo and 3ooo grit de-nibbing marring, deep scratches and heavy swirling.
Remove very deep scratches and heavy swirling and achieve a wax-ready finish with a single pass of CAP Heavy.

Not for use on uncoated plastics such as black plastic trim.

90mm white foam (SHD) @ 1,500 - 2,000 rpm

150mm white foam (SHD) @ 900 - 1,500 rpm

90mm Orange Foam (HD) @ 1,500 - 2,000 rpm

150mm Orange Foam (HD) @ 900 - 1,500 rpm

Random Orbit / Dual Action machine recommended pads & speeds

150mm NanoFibre (FR) @ 4,000 - 6,000 opm

135mm NanoFibre (FR) @ 6,000 - 8,000 opm
