STOP 1 - VAC BAY

At almost 3 standard vehicle spaces wide, this is a clean, comfortable area with a shelf for resting floor mats and other objects, like your phone or drink.
Park your car in the centre of the Vac Bay when your appointment begins, if you have an EV, plug it into the EVSE and begin a top up charge.

Included & waiting for you are the following items for use in this recommended order

1. Compressed air line with a consistent 75-100psi of pressure
Grab the air line from the pillar separating the two bays and pull it out until you have enough length, keep pulling until you hear the ratcheting clicks, when it clicks it will secure the line so it doesn't retract.
To retract the line, pull on it and gently release your grip AFTER the clicks stop.  Use the air line to dust air vents, dust off buttons and blow crumbs from between seat rails (we recommend moving your front seats forward and pointing the air line to push the particles onto the back floor.

2. A vacuum line with 230 CFM for effortless and thorough cleaning
Simply grab the vacuum line and gently plug it into the white point, under the flap, under the matt shelf to trigger suction.
Now you can suck out all the loose, dry particles in your cabin including the ones you blew out with the compressed air in the previous step.

3. Interior Cleanse & Interior NanoFibre Cloth
Grab a bottle of Interior Cleanse and a (damp, yellow) Interior NanoFibre Cloth from the 'Clean Cloths' bin and replace the lid and spray Interior Cleanse onto the cloth, wipe all plastic & vinyl surfaces that require cleaning, if they're just dusty, we recommend a damp cloth only.  If the cloth is dry or you'd like to rinse it out, water is available on the back wall, beside the EVSE.  If and when the cloth is loaded, drop it into the dirty cloth bin and replace the lid.  Should you wish, Purity is available, spray purity onto a clean Interior NanoFibre and wipe plastic & vinyl surfaces to sanitise them.

4. Optic & Glass System are available for glass cleaning
Now would be a great time to clean your glass removing any smears you may have after cleaning your dash in the previous step.  Clear glass means safer and more enjoyable driving.

5. Boost and an Interior NanoFibre Cloth for glossy trim.
Simply spray & wipe all glossy trim to remove fingerprints and dust or smears and restore a high gloss, any clear plastics such as instrument cluster cover and screens will also benefit from a wipe with Boost.

Waste bin
Drop any and all small waste items in here, paper etc.  Please respect that this is for a small quantity of waste.
Water
Top up a windshield washer bottle etc.

STOP 2 - WASH BAY
When you're done in the Vac Bay, drive, slowly, up onto the wash matt, into the centre of the Wash Bay stopping about 1 meter from the back wall.
At almost 3 standard vehicle spaces wide with non-slip flooring designed to be comfortable and keep your shoes dry.
Heated in winter and shielded from sunlight (to prevent soap drying) but with ample air flow in summer, this is the perfect area for enjoying a hand wash.

PPE you must wear are safety glasses (sunglasses will do), hearing protection (isolating headphones are great) and nitrile or latex gloves (ask us to purchase if you haven't brought your own).

Included & waiting for you are the following items for use in this recommended order

1. Professional pressure washer with shortie trigger, 600spi and 12L/min of volume
Remove the hose from the hangers and drop it neatly to the floor.
Press START on the control box and grab the trigger making sure to keep it pointed away from any person at all times.
Point the trigger to the floor and pull the trigger on to test spray pattern, adjusting to your liking by turning the end of it, clockwise for a wider fan, anti-clockwise for a tighter point.  Never use it for any reason at a point, always have some fan shape.
To use low pressure, pull the trigger end towards you, push it back for high pressure.  When you're adjusted and ready to wash, press STOP on the control box, pull the trigger to release pressure and return the trigger to the hanger MAKING SURE the hose is not in the path your vehicle would take to exit the Wash Bay.  Never leave a hose around a car when not in use and always return the trigger to the hanger.

Place a Curvy Lady wash mitt under a wiper arm or on a panel.

2. Wheel Brush & Wheel Clean
Take and spray Wheel Clean onto all four dry, cool wheels (not tyres), then, immediately, remove all chemical and brake dust from your wheels with the pressure washer.  Rinse the entire vehicle starting with the wash mitt, both sides, to clean and wet the mitt and remove loose debris from the vehicle body.
When that's complete, press STOP on the control box, pull the trigger to release pressure and return the trigger to the hanger MAKING SURE the hose is not in the path your vehicle would take to exit the Wash Bay.

OPTIONAL; Drive your car forward until your wheels make a 180 degree rotation so the top of your wheel is now on the bottom and repeat the wheel cleaning process.  This ensures you've cleaned the section of the wheel you cannot see on the top and behind brake calipers that are too close to clean between.

3. Jaffa Citrus Degreaser & Jamb Cloth
Apply Jaffa to tyres if you require removal of old tyre dressing or to clean sidewalls. Apply Jaffa to door jambs to clean hinges etc.

4. Curvy Lady Wash Mitt & Body Shampoo
Apply approximately 50ml of Body Shampoo to the Curvy Lady Wash Mitt and begin washing your vehicle, top down, front to back.
When washing is complete, rinse the entire vehicle, top down to remove 100% of any shampoo.
When rinsing is complete, press STOP on the control box, pull the trigger to release pressure and return the trigger to the hanger MAKING SURE the hose is not in the path your vehicle would take to exit the Wash Bay.  Please be considerate, pack hose and hang trigger around hangers as you found it.

5. Compressed air for complete drying
After a rinse, grab one or both drying towels provided and remove the bulk of the water from the vehicle body, from top down, as quickly as possible.
To better dry your vehicle, which keeps it cleaner, longer, compressed air and an air gun are provided.
Gently lift the air gun from the hanger,  pull it out until you have enough length, keep pulling until you hear the ratcheting clicks, when it clicks it will secure the line so it doesn't retract and at a distance of 30cm, blow any residual water out of crevices until you're satisfied with your drying process.

Boost and a Paintwork NanoFibre Cloth
For added gloss, apply a small amount of Boost directly to glass and paintwork and buff dry.
More protective products are available in store.

Royal Satin & NanoFibre Dressing Applicator
For dressing tyres, Royal Satin can be applied.
